Rasam and roots. Small plates. Dosas and uthappams from the tava. Bangalore
butter dosas. Southern gravies with ghee sadam. Biryani, layered and loaded.
Vegetarian dishes are marked. The kitchen also cooks chicken, mutton, lamb,
pomfret, lobster and shrimp.
